Service Costs

    • Our greatest joy is to promote more diverse Korean products to the world. Therefore, we always try to provide the service at the lowest fee that more customers will be satisfied with.
    • By paypal/credit card : 7.5% of total merchandise (including all payment fees/minimum $7.5).
    • By bank transfer or using credit balance / Forwarding Service : 0% commission
    • Box re-packing (combine multiple arrivals into 1 box) : 1,000 KRW per 1 arrival package (minimum 3000 KRW)

    • Our most important goal is to deliver your valuable products safely.
    • For safe delivery, we provide post office EMS service and DHL express service that can be fully traceable.
      The case of EMS, it usually take 10 to 30 days to deliver, and DHL express can be delivered to the world within 3 to 7 days.
    • We offer 5% discount for the shipping cost by paying with bank transfer (KRW)*.
      *The below KRW shipping cost is already 5% discounted amount.
